Cancellation Policy:
Lesson cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to scheduled lesson time to avoid lesson charge. Cancellations received inside the 24-hour window or no-shows will be charged the full amount for the missed lesson.

Exceptions: Sudden onset of illness or family emergency
